It was my first time at a periodontist and they made me feel comfortable, relaxed and comfortable with the decision to do the procedure necessary to repair my gum. It did take 3 months to get in for the consult, but even that was explained that they can only take so many new patients at once. But scheduling for the work to be done is a much shorter timeline.
