They called multiple times to ask me if would like an earlier appointment due to cancelations. They had all of my insurance information ready to go before I got there. Posted On: 09/18/2020 19 Aug2024: Agree with below from previous visit but had Jacob this time. He has done my cleaning since Dr. Joe retired and I think he did a better job even than last time.
--As always I felt like I was given consideration and treated well. Dr. Joe, as usual, came in and did a check/followup of previous procedure. Antonio was great on adapting his position and mine when the water was causing me to cough in my starting position. Almost hesitate to rate 5 stars because that is so abused but they deserve it. I initially was referred here for a 'deep cleaning,' which I was in total dread of, because a previous experience with this process had been horrible. But at DI&P Specialists they made it very comfortable. Highly recommend the whole staff. S G

Enjoyed being able to discuss my medical history in Dr. Christoforo's office as opposed to sitting in a dental chair (which can cause anxiety from previous experiences). Feel confident in putting my trust in this practice moving forward. Felt respected and listened to...true concern and expertise came through from reception to exam to scheduling and billing.

I am extremely happy with my hygienist. He is thorough, getting my teeth super clean, but having some gum issues and fearing pain, he used topical numbing to keep the pain to a minimum. I appreciate his care in helping to keep me on a healthy path. Joyce G

Posted On: 05/28/2020 My introduction to Dr. Joe Cristoforos was not comfortable. He greeted me without a mask on May 27, 2020. I was wearing a mask. I said I was told that everyone would be wearing masks. ( I asked when I received an appointment reminder call) His sharp response was 'Who told you that?' He ushered me into his office and closed the door. I did my best to maintain a little distance causing another sharp response, 'Relax Bernice! I'm clean! I've been tested!' In the exam room both doctor and assistant wore gloves and masks. Dr Cristoforos clear about what he was doing and treatment. Not at all what I experienced in his office. Bernice H
